One of the hardest pieces I’ve done to date, but I feel it was a reason for this. It’s crazy that the symbolism for this painting was something that I feel I could relate to at this very time because, I too feel that although a time for things to end and be let go is coming, it doesn’t mean necessarily that it is THE end. Through losses I have gained, and through the things I’ve gained it opened doors for many more opportunities…. I feel that this story is about just that. Realization. Knowledge. Understanding. Forgiveness… I think that Jesus knew the inevitable and what must be done, and through that he felt peace.

Now that I’ve finished, I feel at peace….
