Often times we try to associate a word with a cognitive meaning, but at the end of the day, words are just that; a collection of letters grouped together to give an object name/meaning. When certain characters are removed or altered, it forces the viewer to disassociate from the "familiarity" of the object, thus sparking creative interest and curiosity. Abstraction through letters can cause a lot of things (confusion, curiosity, etc.), but if it catches your attention, then the intended job was completed. Art is all around us, but who's to say what is and isn't art? [MNGO.S]  is art. [MNGO.S]  is a lifestyle. [MNGO.S]  is a brand. [MNGO.S]  is whatever you want it to be.
